All sales are final—we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, you may file a claim directly with USPS. Please note, we are not responsible for melted products. To help protect your order during warmer months, we offer Ice Packs for $5 at checkout.
